La Rabassière : A little family run estate from Grignan that was created in 1988 : Three generations of truffle savoir-faire.

The name comes from the Provencal word “Rabasso” meaning truffle.

Throughout the composition of its terrines, La Rabassiere wishes to share out ingredients from the rich “Provencal Drome” terroir.

La Rabassière settles in the middle of an impressionist type of landscape where the truffle oaks are sharing only their lands with lavandin, vineyards and warrens.
